“For years I have been experimenting with better ways to exercise. As a professional dancer I was often in pain, able to accomplish difficult steps, but only through sheer force of will.
While immersing myself in the natural and basic movements taught by Moshe Feldenkrais, I rediscovered the skill, awareness and sense of power I had enjoyed as a small child. And then I thought, ‘Why not combine this new-found freedom of movement with the use of exercise equipment? What a concept!’
So I did … with free weights, Nautilus, Cybex, weighted pulleys, Pilates, Gyrotonic expansion machines and others. It’s easy to do and it works!”
